Being a kid or teenager is hard. Friendships, social media, school, parents. It's a lot to carry at once.
I've spent over ten years in this field, mostly with children, adolescents, and families. A lot of that time has been alongside people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and people who've been through trauma. What I keep coming back to: helping you set goals that fit your life, building emotional awareness, and finding some stability.
I've been where you are. The goal is building something that holds up. For today, for tomorrow, for the long run.
